The purpose and intent of this programme is to draw attention to the varied factors that contribute to holistic well-being, create awareness of our individual areas of strength and weakness, then hopefully offer some guidance for individuals to maximize their personal wellness potential.

Why You should take this Course?

The programme consists of an initial self-audit to determine your current state of wellness, followed by a goal setting exercise to develop some underpinning focus areas. From then on, focus tasks and/or challenges are offered. In addition to this, three multi-week Habit Builder Tasks will be offered in March, June and October to test you a little more. Everything is aimed at being collegial rather than competitive, promoting self improvement through shared experiences.
